Teachers....The Enhancers.....
I love when I see inspirational videos about teachers that love teaching so much that they become advocates, enhancers and purpose finders.......
Teaching is a great profession that can be looked at as a descent job.... And it could also be looked at as a platform. I look at it as a platform. Once teachers get assigned to a classroom, they are given the key to the future. They are the enhancers of the future generation.
In fact, many teachers have and still play a big role in their students lives. They become their role models and everything they want to be. Many students chose their field because of a professor they put so much trust in. And many more leave their comfort zone to enter a challenge because one of the teachers believed in them. And many more.....
Teachers need to realize the size of their responsibility as they become influence rs. Being able to influence others is a big authority. Using it wisely can help change the world. Being aware of our students capabilities, and by enhancing their skills can help students find their purpose in life. By doing so, we are helping individuals do what they love and what they are good at. If every person did what they loved and what they are most good at, then we will advance so much in everything.

My motivation for becoming a history teacher was because of my history teacher in middle school. In hindsight, he did not do anything out of the box, but his general attitude about the subject really rubbed off on me. I agree that teachers need to acknowledge and own their role as influence rs. What do you think is the best way to try and influence all students, and not just a few?
