Class Reflection
The day I walked into my Technology in Education class I felt overwhelmed! I freaked out! We were introduced to Google Docs and Google Sites, and so many more Goole Tools. I truly felt my mind was going to blow up! I was definitely out of my comfort zone.
I started to feel comfortable gradually, once I started exploring the tools more, I began to enjoy and look forward to my next class to unfold what it has new for us.
I learned about Quizlet:.https://quizlet.com/latest It is basically an online group activity that can be created on any subject desired by the educator. I enjoyed it so much. It was fun, and it was a great way to connect with my classmates. I'm planning on using it in my future classroom.
I also loved Google Survey, I got to create a survey that could be used to get to know students.
It was fun to create. It was a great experience being able to see feedback from my classmates, I had a chance to get a hands-on experience on how to use it. I will be using it at the beginning of the year to help me get to know my students, of course, if it is age permitting.
And now, on my last day of this class I feel so much more comfortable to use Technology in Education. I gained so much knowledge on how to use so many tools to help better teach our future students. I found so many different ways to incorporate technology in my future classroom.
Thank you, Professor Darche, I have a new favorite teacher.
